Ripplers! It’s been a moment since I sent an update 😩. This is due to my dedicated attempt to prove (yet again) we overestimate how much we can achieve in a week.

Last week I had the immense privilege of joining ~20 Snow Foundation Entrepreneurs from around the country to recharge, learn and get vulnerable alongside one another in the name of elevating our impact. People like:

• 💞 Ren from ReLove: who works on furnishing the homes of women and children impacted by domestic violence and homelessness.

• 🔮 Nic from Future Anything: who works on creating enterprising students, empowered educators and future-ready schools. Tune into their grand final tonight to get a taster!

• 🏋️‍♂️Joe from Confit Pathways: who works on providing lived experience mentoring and fitness for young people in youth justice, with a focus on reducing recidivism.

Even as someone working each day in social enterprise (ie. running Ripple), many of these orgs were new to me. It reminded me how challenging it can be to discover the most innovative and impactful initiatives, and the crucial role networks and other opportunities (ie Fellowships) play in our development. 

So, here’s a question

Would a directory of impact makers be useful to help you discover and follow their work even when we aren’t promoting specific opps? I have put a poll below but as always, feel free to hit reply if you’d like to add ideas!
