When we started Ripple, we believed that everyone deserves the chance to find work that matters, and that the next gen of change-makers would be stronger when they’re connected.

Over the years, that’s looked like thousands of people stepping into impact roles, building skills and confidence through our programs like Emerging Civic Leaders and Career Lab, and learning alongside leaders such as Gillian Triggs, Natasha Stott Despoja and Pete Yao. It’s also meant working closely with innovative organisations like Clean Slate Clinic, ReLove, She Shapes History and Plan International to help people and purpose-led teams find where they can do their best work. Not to mention our backers - The Obama Foundation, Snow Foundation and Blackbird Foundation who we couldn’t have got here without (we love ‘em).

What connects all of this isn’t a single pathway or profile — it’s people using their own mix of skills, experiences and convictions to build change, and a more equitable, just and kind world.
