Hey there!,

The Rhodes Scholarship is just the kind of opportunity that I would have put off applying for until I had more experience, had more “success”…or whatever unreachable target it was.

Maybe you see things like this and think “I’m not the “type” of person who wins a Rhodes Scholarship” so you don’t even check the criteria until you’re old and wrinkly and then… you realise it’s too late! (age cut off for Rhodes is 25 my friend!)

I was reminded this morning that solving the worlds most pressing challenges will take courage - and this means being ok with not following a linear path and trying things even when we might not feel ready. It will take moving beyond a zero sum mindset and focussing on the abundance of opportunity and potential, and remembering the power of acting collectively. This applies in politics, in our companies and in our careers.

This update is full of some amazing growth opportunities. I include them because I know there are people like you in our Ripple community who would be amazing for them, and that these opportunities can be catalytic towards the impact you can have on the world.
